美国光网络与通信研讨会及博览会(OFC) The Optical Networking and Communication Conference & Exhibition是由美国光学学会（OSA)、美国通信学会 (IEEE/ComSoc)、美国激光与光电协会(IEEE/LEOS) 联合组办。 OFC是全球光电光通讯展览中最重要的活动。
OFC从1975年创办至今，已经成功举办了49届，目前已被公认为光通信领域中全球规格最高、规模最大、历史最悠久、专业性最强、影响力最大的国际性盛会。OFC每年一届, 展览会每届有三天, 研讨会每届有五天，OFC聚集无数的新理念、行业顶尖思想以及数百家展商，展示在光通信模块、系统和网络方面最新技术的研究进展。在光通信行业，再没有其他时间能够像OFC这样聚集如此密集如此丰富的资源。来自于全球各地的专业人士，在此相遇，分享知识、建立人脉、发现商机并共同推动行业发展。
海伦温国际展览(Wen Global Solutions)在1999年与OFC组委会签定合作协议，在1999年OFC只有6家中国参展商，现在每年有200多家中国参展商。OFC的中国参展商每年增加。参加OFC的中国参展商都对OFC非常满意并有95%的参展商在现场就预订下届展位。
